“Steak Is My Hero” is an edict that works just fine by me. But then again, I am the one who covets that “Cheeses Is My Co-Pilot” T-Shirt…

    Pink in the…what? Pink in the middle? Okay, but I don’t remember ever hearing James Garner mannishly intone, “Beef: It’s what’s for dinner. And it’s pink in the middle.” I mean, back then, steak just didn’t let its middle pink flag fly.

    The times -and the meatstuff role models – they are a-changing.
